The File Management Officer supports a team of experienced consultants in personal injury matters.
The role focuses on customer experience and administrative support for people navigating challenging circumstances.
Responsibilities
- Arrange independent medical examinations for injured workers.
- Coordinate administrative tasks and communications between injured workers and medical professionals.
- Maintain customer interaction file notes and support maintenance of the cataloguing system.
- Liaise with customers and resolve claim-related queries.
- Provide administrative assistance to consultants as required.
- Meet customer expectations and business objectives through exceptional customer service.
What you'll bring
- Highly accurate data entry, time management and organisational skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and ability to learn new software systems.
- Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
