Eligibility Specialist role based in Allianz’s Melbourne office.

Responsibilities
- Make initial liability decisions within the quality decision-making framework.
- Assess the need for referrals and investigative tools to expedite information gathering.
- Support positive stakeholder experiences and effective liability outcomes.
- Accurately assess, determine, and calculate entitlements on accepted claims.
About you
- Experience in personal injury and workers’ compensation.
- Basic understanding of the WIRC Act 2013 and relevant WorkSafe policies and guidelines for initial entitlement determinations.
- Strong customer service attributes and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and knowledge of WorkSafe operating models and IT systems.
- Interest in leveraging emerging technologies in a rapidly evolving digital environment.
