Initial priority is to strengthen the local team to meet requirements and operational milestones of the SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) project.
Key Responsibilities
- Champion and develop a proactive EHS culture across all sites.
- Lead, mentor, and foster collaboration within a team of field service technicians and engineers.
- Define operational rhythm and manage team performance to ensure project success.
- Ensure adequate resources in headcount and skill sets, including managing a network of external suppliers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Project Managers, Technical Support, EHS Managers) to achieve global business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years managing operational teams within an industrial or technical environment.
- General understanding of mechanics and electrotechnics to provide effective support to the team.
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction.
Desired Characteristics
- Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholders and navigate diverging interests.
- Proven capability to work effectively within a complex matrix organization.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and address critical issues with a sense of urgency.
