About This Role
Overview
Permatech, a reputable water treatment company based in Dubai, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Water Service Technician to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude with experience in installing, troubleshooting, and servicing water filtration systems across a range of residential and commercial settings.
Installation
: Efficiently install water filtration systems in both residential and commercial premises, following the set company guidelines and industry standards.
Ensure that installation projects are completed in a timely manner while adhering to the highest quality standards.
Maintenance and Repairs
: Conduct regular maintenance checks and services on existing systems to ensure optimal functionality.
Troubleshoot and repair any issues related to water filtration systems, including but not limited to leaks, blockages, and system failures.
Customer Service
: Provide exceptional customer service by educating clients on the benefits and maintenance of their water filtration systems.
Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Documentation and Compliance
: Accurately document installation, maintenance, and repair works, ensuring all paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely fashion.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations and safety standards.
Continuous Learning
: Stay updated on the latest advancements in water filtration technology and industry best practices.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by the company.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in a relevant field (e.g., plumbing, water treatment, or similar).
- At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in installing and servicing water filtration systems or related equipment.
- Strong mechanical and technical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Valid UAE driving license is a must.
