Job Description
- Conduct service activities for Building Management Systems (BMS), Fire Alarm Systems (FAS), access control systems, etc.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance at a notable facility. Design and execute small projects in conjunction with Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), ensuring 100% Performance Review Score (PRS) by meeting contract deliveries as per agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with customer and subcontractor teams to complete planned activities.
- Participate in/conduct daily team briefings, toolbox talks, and ensure strict adherence to all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in commissioning and maintenance of FAS, BMS, Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS), access control systems, etc.
Key Skills And Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Thoroughly understand contract KPIs and SLAs and ensure the highest level of service delivery to meet customer and Honeywell expectations.
- Soft Skills: A strong team player with effective and smart communication skills. Focused on customer satisfaction, results-oriented, and dedicated to delivering excellence.
- Emergency Expertise (Reactive Call Resolution): Act as a technical expert in emergency maintenance and testing-related tasks, completing them within the agreed resolution time.
- Technical Knowledge: Possess expertise in the engineering, programming, design, and maintenance of BMS & FAS systems/controllers and subsystems monitored by Enterprise Buildings Integrator (EBI).
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform maintenance of hardware (HW) and non-hardware equipment as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines.
- Regulations Compliance: Have a clear understanding of Dubai Civil Defense (DCD)/National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) guidelines, SLAs related to Online Training Activation (OTA), On-the-Job Competence (OTC), and Preventive Maintenance (PM) compliance. Generate comprehensive service reports.
- Contract Execution/Documentation: Proficient in using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for planning, executing, and documenting day-to-day activities on the customer portal.
- Digital Platforms: Proficient in Honeywell Digital Platforms such as Connected Life Safety Services (CLSS) and Forge.
- Resource Planning: Proactively plan and ensure the timely availability of materials and equipment by coordinating with the Team Lead/Field Service Supervisor (FSS).
- Installation and Programming: Supervise cabling, termination, and field device installation. Capable of installing EBI and performing necessary configuration and programming.
- Self-Development: Engage proactively in self-learning to understand contract dynamics and deliver beyond customer expectations.
- Strategic Contribution: Align with Honeywell initiatives, products, and solutions while generating additional revenue opportunities.
- HSE Standards: Prioritize health, safety, and environmental processes by conducting risk assessments and adhering to Honeywell policies and procedures.
- Adaptability: Ability to adopt customer initiatives such as IoT and effectively address cybersecurity threats.
- Revenue Management: Plan monthly revenue generation and deliver targets in line with the forecast.
Experience
Minimum of three years of experience in a similar domain, preferably with Honeywell Systems.
Essential Qualification
Three-year diploma in Electrical, Electronics and Communication, or Mechanical Engineering.
Desired Qualification
Bachelor of Engineering in a similar field.
