Field Service Technician

Qualifications

• More than qualifications, we value practical experience, technical expertise and the right attitude.
• Previous experience in field service, industrial maintenance or technical installations.
• Good mechanical and electrical knowledge.
• Relevant technical qualification in electrical engineering, electromechanics, industrial maintenance or a similar discipline.
• Appropriate electrical safety qualifications or authorisations.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites, including overnight stays when required.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of on-site interventions.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Well-organised, reliable and solution-oriented.
• Comfortable coordinating contractors and communicating with customers.
• Able to produce clear and accurate technical reports.
• Strong commitment to health, safety and quality standards.
• Location: Ideally based in or around Birmingham, with regular travel across the assigned UK territory.
