Mysouq is seeking a Field Seller / Customer Service Representative for its e-commerce and social commerce operations.
The role combines field visits, customer acquisition, order collection, sales promotion and customer follow-up in Jeddah.
Key responsibilities
- Visit customers and prospective customers to promote Mysouq products and services.
- Generate customers and build strong customer relationships.
- Explain products, prices, promotions and ordering procedures.
- Collect accurate orders and follow up on delivery, payment and after-sales service.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Promote Mysouq through WhatsApp, social media and other digital channels.
- Achieve sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Collect market feedback and identify customer needs and competitor activity.
- Coordinate with sales, warehouse, delivery and customer-service teams.
- Maintain customer records and submit activity and sales reports.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, customer service, retail, e-commerce or direct selling.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Sales-oriented approach and confidence approaching new customers.
- Good knowledge of WhatsApp and social media platforms.
- Ability to work in the field and travel for customer visits.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.
- English communication is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- A Saudi driving license is preferred.
- Applicants should be target-driven, energetic and well-presented.
Work location
- The work location is in person and involves field visits to customers.
Performance indicators
Performance is measured through customer acquisition, sales conversion, orders generated, customer satisfaction, follow-up quality and monthly sales target achievement.
