About LeaRx
- LeaRx is a fast-growing digital platform designed to support community pharmacists in the UAE with CME education, professional growth, and rewards. We are looking for a motivated field sales representative to help us expand our reach by directly engaging with pharmacies and onboarding pharmacists onto our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit pharmacies daily across assigned areas to introduce and promote the LeaRx platform.
- Educate pharmacists about the benefits of joining LeaRx, including CME accreditation and professional development opportunities.
- Drive pharmacist registrations and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy managers.
- Report on daily activities, progress, and market feedback to the management team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales, or pharmaceutical field promotion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
