The opportunity
We are looking for a sales representative for our European principal, with the aim of growing into the company’s official representative in the UAE.
The person we are seeking has experience either in selling tools to distributors or in infrastructure construction.
If you demonstrate your capability and deliver results, we are open to considering a monthly retainer.
This role is suitable for an independent sales agent (this is not an employment contract).
Work on 3-month focused projects (with extension potential) to open and grow sales.
Use your existing network to open doors, arrange meetings and close deals.
Focus purely on sales – Omendon supports with strategy, materials and coordination through our platform.
Customer Profile
An innovative Finnish company producing specialized tools for MV/HV cable installation, helping energy and infrastructure operators improve efficiency, safety, and quality in demanding field environments globally.
What you will do
- We are looking for a sales representative for our European principal, with the aim of growing into the company’s official representative in the UAE.
- The person we are seeking has experience either in selling tools to distributors or in infrastructure construction.
- What we offer:
- First 3 months: €500 per month + commission
- After that: commission on all sales
- If you demonstrate your capability and deliver results, we are open to considering a monthly retainer.
- This role is suitable for an independent sales agent (this is not an employment contract).
- The ideal candidate has their own visa.
- (We do not provide visa assistance, nor do we hire under an employment contract.)
- Ideal profile
- 3+ years B2B sales experience in the UAE / GCC.
- Strong network in Industrial tools and equipment for medium and high-voltage cable installations within the global power infrastructure sector.
- Proven closer: comfortable with contract negotiations and complex B2B decision processes.
- Fluent English (Arabic is a strong plus).
- Independent, entrepreneurial mindset – this is project-based, small fixed-salary + comission based role.
