Field Sales Representative - Emirati Talent

Position summary

Sales and customer responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales volume targets by category and deliver agreed distribution, SKU listing, visibility, and business development targets.
• Build customer relationships and negotiate agreements on visibility, shelf space, promotions, and implementation.
• Plan daily store visits, monitor product availability, and ensure promotional plans are implemented in stores.
• Report sales analysis, market and competitor activity, launches, customer plans, and shopper profiles to sales management.

Store execution and administration

• Coordinate with merchandisers to maintain product availability and provide feedback on stock handling and product placement.
• Ensure correct product handling, audit and rotate shelf and warehouse stocks, and address short-expiry products under company policy.
• Ensure collections and financial reconciliations follow payment terms and maintain required customer and sales records.
• Follow up on merchandisers’ daily journey plans and resolve issues.

Qualifications and experience

• Fluent English is required.
• 0 to 2 years of experience.
• University degree in business or a related field.
• Field sales experience is required.
• Owning a car is a plus; FMCG or retail experience is also a plus.

• Follow applicable WHO International Code of Marketing of Breast-Milk Substitutes requirements, Nestlé instructions, and local country codes.
• Sales personnel must not contact or advise pregnant women or mothers of infants and young children about infant formula in their business capacity.
