Job Title: Van Sales Representative (Outdoor Sales) – Packaging Product/ HoReCa Sales

Salary - 3000 AED - 4000 AED + Commission + Car + Fuel Allowance

Note - UAE License is Mandatory

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Van Sales Representative with a minimum of 1 + years of experience in the packaging industry/FMCG. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by directly engaging with customers, managing a designated route, and consistently achieving monthly sales targets ranging from 70,000 to 100,000 in revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute daily van sales operations by visiting assigned customers and prospecting new clients within the designated territory

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets (70K–100K) through effective selling and relationship management

Promote and sell a wide range of packaging products to retail and commercial clients

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction

Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base

Ensure proper merchandising, product visibility, and stock rotation at customer locations

Handle cash collection, invoicing, and maintain accurate sales records

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth

Maintain the company vehicle in good condition and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Requirements:

Minimum 1 + years of proven experience in van sales, preferably in the packaging or FMCG sector

Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve monthly sales of 70K–100K

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of local market and customer network

Valid UAE driving license

Basic knowledge of sales reporting and inventory management
