An experienced Field Sales Development Representative is sought for a technology services company in Dubai.
The role generates new business opportunities across the GCC through visits, cold calling, networking, and industry events.
Responsibilities
- Find potential clients across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar.
- Visit companies and conduct face-to-face sales visits.
- Make cold visits and follow up with potential clients.
- Attend exhibitions, business events, and industry forums.
- Use phone, LinkedIn, and email to support sales activities.
- Identify client needs and suitable services.
- Qualify potential clients and arrange meetings with decision-makers.
- Maintain CRM records of visits, contacts, and sales activities.
- Report market feedback and competitor activity.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- At least 2 years of experience selling technology services, IT outsourcing, BPO, or staffing services.
- Experience with face-to-face sales, cold visits, and networking.
- GCC sales experience; Saudi Arabia sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Fluent English; Arabic is preferred.
- Experience using CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Must currently be in the UAE.
