Role Overview
Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Field Coordinator will lead the daily activity assigned to Energy Educators for the Whole Home Energy Assessment (WHEA) Program.
They will ensure high quality customer satisfaction is delivered on behalf of the client.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
- Prior experience in energy efficiency, weatherization, utilities, or home-repair programs
- Knowledge of residential energy audits, inspections, or building-science basics.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities.
- Experience working with low-income communities or environmental justice populations.
