Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare molds and tooling for fiberglass/GRP production.
• Perform hand lay-up, resin infusion, laminating, and fiberglass repair work.
• Mix and apply resins, catalysts, gel coats, and other composite materials.
• Trim, sand, grind, and finish fiberglass components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet required specifications.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized condition.
• Follow all company safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.
• Assist in the installation and assembly of fiberglass products when required.

Requirements

• Minimum **2-5 years of experience** in fiberglass, GRP, FRP, or composite manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of hand lay-up, molding, laminating, and finishing processes.
• Experience working with polyester, vinyl ester, and epoxy resins.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Good understanding of workplace safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and capable of handling production-related tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in custom fabrication, architectural elements, sculptures, themed projects, or industrial composite products.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
