Al Ghaith Properties is hiring a Villa Household Supervisor for household operations in a private villa.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate maids, drivers, the chef, and other household staff.
- Organize daily duties and ensure tasks are completed properly and on time.
- Monitor cleaning, housekeeping, and overall villa standards.
- Coordinate staff schedules and day-to-day requirements; maintain smooth operations and report issues.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of UAE experience in a local family or private villa.
- Strong household and villa operations experience, including prior supervision of household staff.
- Good leadership, organization, and communication skills; good command of English.
- Available to join immediately.
- Basic First Aid knowledge and a valid UAE driving licence are advantageous.
Pay
- AED 4,000–7,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
