- Manage and optimize the company's Shopify e-commerce store to maximize online sales and conversions.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on increasing revenue, customer acquisition, and return on investment (ROI).
- Drive qualified traffic to the website through SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Continuously improve website conversion rates by optimizing landing pages, product pages, navigation, and checkout experience.
- Monitor key e-commerce KPIs including conversion rate, average order value (AOV), cart abandonment, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, product launches, and exclusive online offers to increase sales.
- Manage Shopify products, collections, pricing, inventory, promotions, discount codes, and merchandising to improve customer experience and sales performance.
- Implement upselling, cross-selling, product recommendations, and bundling strategies to increase average order value.
- Analyze customer behavior using Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and other reporting tools to identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements to increase website conversions.
- Optimize product pages with compelling content, SEO, images, and calls-to-action to improve organic traffic and sales.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms to generate profitable sales.
- Coordinate email marketing and customer retention campaigns to encourage repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Handle day-to-day B2C e-commerce operations, including website updates, online promotions, product launches, and customer shopping experience.
- Coordinate with customer service, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the Shopify store is fully functional, mobile-friendly, fast, and provides an excellent user experience.
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales and profitability.
- Stay up to date with the latest Shopify features, e-commerce best practices, AI tools, and digital marketing trends to continuously enhance online business performance.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management related to Shopify, digital marketing, and B2C e-commerce operations.
- Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
