Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's accounting, tax, company formation, and business consultancy services.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through a target-driven and results-oriented approach.
• Create engaging promotional videos and social media content to market the company's services across digital platforms.
• Respond to client inquiries through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified sales leads.
• Conduct client consultations and explain company services professionally.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with prospective clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
• Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking events, and exhibitions when required.

Mandatory Requirements

• Female candidate.
• Fluent in **English and Russian** (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and sales abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, or consultancy services.
• Experience working in the UAE is an advantage.
• Experience using CRM software or sales management systems.
• Knowledge of company formation, accounting, or business consultancy services is a plus.
