We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. If you enjoy helping people and keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in guests
- Answer calls and emails, and schedule appointments
- Handle guest check-outs and payments
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized
- Assist with product sales and recommendations
- Help with guest questions or concerns

Ideal Candidate:
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience (spa or wellness experience is a plus)
- Friendly, professional, and organized
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Able to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Spa receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
