Nail Technician/Nail Artist

Overview

• To Do Nail services including Extensions and Arts.
• To do any other salon and spa services is preferred.
• To report for duty punctually, wearing correct uniform and name tag and follow good hygiene habits at all time as per standard of the company. Makeup is a requirement for Nail Technician and Hair style as per the company norms.
• To provide courteous & professional service at all times.
• Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the spa.
• Welcome guests, greet guests & Members, explain and upsell the services & products. Be proactive and ascertain individual needs.
• Ensure Guest satisfaction at all times by ensuring that safety and service is always the Spa’s first priority.
• Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner.
• Discussing nail services and treatments with clients
• Removing nail polish
• Exfoliating and removing rough skin from the hands and feet
• Cleaning and trimming nails
• have up to date nail art knowledge using various materials to keep up the trend
• have standard knowledge on drill machines and nail printers
• to have good experience in doing acrylic nail extensions using various products and methods.
• Promoting and selling nail and skincare products
• Adhering to the highest standards of sanitation, which includes cleaning and sanitizing tools and equipment.
• To maintain exceptionally high levels of accuracy.
• To ensure that keeping up-to-date on latest trend, supplies and technology.
• To replenish all necessary items in spa promptly.
• To maintain the cleanliness of the department.
• To assist the Operation/Spa Manager in maximizing profit through driving revenues and controlling costs within the business.
• To assist in achieving budget through planned initiatives and controlling.
• Be responsible for a consistent great experience that exceeds expectations and meets required standards.
• Assist in creating new spa experience to maintain innovation and originality.
• Consistently display evidence of the following key characteristics required for optimal delivery of production & customer service of the company i.e.
• Enthusiasm, teamwork, initiative, adaptability, empathy, sharing the knowledge & accountability.
• To have experience in the Spa industry in the UAE or Gulf countries
• To be available in the UAE
• To know how to sell and upsell/upgrade services
• To Have additional services knowledge and experience like: hair wash, simple blow-dry, threading or any other beauty services will be an advantage.
