The role is the first point of contact for members and visitors and combines front desk administration, customer service, and membership sales support.
Job Location
- The role may be based at Al Hudaiba or Dubai Production City.
- The work location is in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome members and guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and membership verification.
- Handle phone calls and inquiries and provide information about gym services, packages, and timings.
- Assist with membership registrations, renewals, and cancellations.
- Maintain member records and daily attendance records.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate them when necessary.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Coordinate with trainers and staff for smooth daily operations.
- Monitor access control and ensure safety and security procedures are followed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and email, is required.
- The candidate must be able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, presentable, and professional attitude is expected.
- English and Hindi speaking ability is required.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays may be required.
Working Hours
- The schedule is shift-based, with morning or evening shifts depending on gym operations.
Compensation and Employment
- Pay is AED 2,000 per month plus commission on achieved targets.
- The position is full-time and permanent.
