Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to manage and oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our office.
The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office, support various departments, and maintain a productive work environment.
Administrative Support
- Manage and maintain office filing systems (physical and digital).
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain client documentation, contracts, and files.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
Working Conditions
- Hiring a ***female*** candidate who will be on a ***dependent visa***
- Office-based role with standard working hours.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
