About This Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to manage and oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the office, support various departments, and maintain a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain office filing systems (physical and digital).
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain client documentation, contracts, and files.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a support or coordination role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful situations effectively.
