About the Role

  • We're looking for a proactive, organised, and hands on Operations Supervisor / Manager to lead our daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • You'll be responsible for leading a team of 50+ employees across childcare, housekeeping, customer service, and transport coordination.

Key Responsibilities Operations & Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and support a team of 50+ employees.
  • Monitor daily operations and ensure service quality standards are consistently met.
  • Motivate teams, manage performance, and promote accountability.
  • Resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities Service Delivery & Client Support

  • Ensure high quality customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Handle service escalations and support the resolution of customer concerns.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities Scheduling & Coordination

  • Oversee daily staff scheduling and operational planning.
  • Coordinate transport and driver schedules to support daily operations.
  • Ensure resources are allocated efficiently to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities Administration & Reporting

  • Prepare operational reports, trackers, and performance updates.
  • Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of supervisory or management experience in operations, facilities management, hospitality, cleaning services, domestic staffing, or a similar service environment.
  • Experience managing large teams in a fast paced operational setting.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence using operational systems.
  • Excellent English communication skills. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.

Compensation

  • Pay: AED4,000.00 AED6,000.00 per month
