Requirements
- 2–5 years of supervisory or management experience in operations, facilities management, hospitality, cleaning services, domestic staffing, or a similar service environment
- Experience managing large teams in a fast paced operational setting
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence using operational systems
- Excellent English communication skills
- Available to join immediately or within a short notice period

About the Role
- We're looking for a proactive, organised, and hands on Operations Supervisor / Manager to lead our daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- You'll be responsible for leading a team of 50+ employees across childcare, housekeeping, customer service, and transport coordination.
Key Responsibilities Operations & Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and support a team of 50+ employees.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure service quality standards are consistently met.
- Motivate teams, manage performance, and promote accountability.

Key Responsibilities Service Delivery & Client Support
- Ensure high quality customer service and client satisfaction.
- Handle service escalations and support the resolution of customer concerns.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities Scheduling & Coordination
- Oversee daily staff scheduling and operational planning.
- Coordinate transport and driver schedules to support daily operations.
- Ensure resources are allocated efficiently to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities Administration & Reporting
- Prepare operational reports, trackers, and performance updates.
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of supervisory or management experience in operations, facilities management, hospitality, cleaning services, domestic staffing, or a similar service environment.
- Experience managing large teams in a fast paced operational setting.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence using operational systems.
- Excellent English communication skills. Additional languages are an advantage.
- Available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
