We are a busy, premium beauty salon looking for a reliable, hardworking Cleaner & Salon Assistant to help maintain our high standards of hygiene and client experience across our JLT location (with occasional cover at our JBR branch).
Key Responsibilities
- Keep the salon spotless throughout the day, floors, stations, mirrors, chairs, shampoo bowls, and client areas
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, pantry, and staff areas regularly
- Sterilise tools, combs, brushes, and equipment following salon hygiene protocols
- Wash, fold, and restock towels, capes, and robes to ensure constant supply for the team
- Assist technicians during services, bringing refreshments to clients, restocking products, and supporting the team as needed
- Dispose of waste properly and keep all areas odour-free
- Monitor and report low cleaning stock to management
- Maintain retail shelves and product displays in a tidy, organised manner
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
- Occasionally travel to our second branch in JBR when required
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience in a salon, spa, or hospitality setting preferred
- Physically fit for a 9-hour shift
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and basic disinfection procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Comfortable working weekends
- Only Female candidates preferred
- **Working Hours:** 9 hours/day, 6 days/week (1 day off per week)
