Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced, creative and reliable Master Hairstylist to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have strong skills in colour theory, cutting and advanced bleaching techniques, including highlights, balayage, ombre, painting and toners.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional consultations and diagnostics with clients
- Cut and style both long and short hair
- Execute blow‑dries, hair colouring, highlights, ombre and balayage services
- Apply and maintain hair extensions and provide specialized hair care treatments
- Create hairstyles for special events and perform hair straightening services
- Stay up to date with the latest colouring and decoloration techniques (mèches, balayage, ombré, painting, toners, etc.)
Candidate Profile
- Your job is your passion—you love hair and beauty
- Skilled in colourimetry and decoloration techniques
- Dynamic, honest and always eager to learn new methods
- Kind and customer‑focused, with excellent communication skills
- Interested in natural beauty products and practices (vegetable oils, shea butter, essential oils, clays, plant powders)
