Medical Spa Therapist/ Clinical Massage Therapist - Female

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Female Spa Therapist with a definitive medical or clinical background to provide advanced therapeutic treatments. This is not a standard relaxation role; we require a professional who understands anatomy, physiology, and clinical wellness to assist in patient recovery and high-end health maintenance within a premium Medical Center or Luxury Hotel Spa environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough consultations to understand a client's medical history and physical constraints.
• Perform medical-grade massages, lymphatic drainage, and therapeutic body treatments.
• Educate clients on posture, stretching, and wellness routines to complement their medical treatments.
• Maintain strict clinical hygiene and sterilization protocols for all equipment and treatment rooms.
• Document client progress and coordinate with medical practitioners where necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a medical center, clinic, or high-end therapeutic spa.
• Background in Nursing, Physiotherapy, or a certified Medical Massage diploma.
• Exceptional communication skills in English.

Package & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,500 + Accommodation + Food
• Contract: 2-year secure contract with 60 days paid leave every 2 years.
• Travel: Employment visa and biennial flight ticket to home country provided.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
