Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for all household-related matters
• Coordinate and supervise domestic staff, including housekeepers and nannies
• Manage schedules, appointments, and daily household activities
• Maintain clear communication with the family regarding household updates and requirements
• Ensure privacy and confidentiality of family information at all times
• Handle general household administration and organization

Private Tutoring Duties

• Assist students with homework, assignments, projects, and test preparation
• Support academic learning and explain key concepts clearly
• Monitor students’ academic progress and provide guidance for improvement
• Stay updated with school curriculum requirements
• Encourage positive study habits and structured learning routines

Requirements

• Proven experience in house management and/or private tutoring
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
• Professional attitude with high level of discretion and confidentiality
• Patient, responsible, and supportive personality
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant educational background preferred
