Female Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Objective

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day tasks of service staff and ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Assign daily duties to team members based on schedules and operational needs.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization across all designated areas.
• Ensure availability of necessary tools, cleaning supplies, and materials.
• Submit daily or weekly reports to the line manager on performance and issues.
• Train new service staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety standards, and customer service.
• Track staff attendance, punctuality, and leave requests.
• Address complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain team discipline and a positive work environment.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the manager within the scope of service supervision.

Required Qualifications

• diploma minimum (higher education is a plus).
• At least 2 years of experience in supervising cleaning or support service teams.
• Good leadership and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of using mobile phones or simple digital tools (for reporting/scheduling).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cleaning schedules and staff rota planning.
• Ability to motivate team members and improve productivity.
• Knowledge of workplace safety and hygiene standards.
• Previous experience in schools, hospitals, hotels, or large facilities.
