Female Hairstylist / Multi-Service Beauty Professional

About This Role

• Provide professional hair services including hair cutting, blow-dry, styling, hair wash, ironing, curling, basic hair treatments, and hair spa services.
• Perform hair coloring services such as root touch-up, global color, highlights, toner application, and color maintenance, based on salon standards.
• Advise clients on suitable hairstyles, hair treatments, and aftercare products according to hair type and client preference.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all hair tools, brushes, combs, workstations, and salon equipment at all times.
• Ensure all clients receive warm, professional, and high-quality customer service.
• Support additional beauty services such as:
• Manicure and pedicure assistance
• Basic nail care and nail polish application
• Waxing services (arms, legs, face, underarms, etc.)
• Threading or facial grooming, if trained
• Assist with cross-service support during busy hours to ensure smooth salon operations.
• Recommend suitable salon packages, memberships, and retail products to clients.
• Maintain stock awareness and inform management when products or supplies are running low.
• Follow all salon hygiene, safety, and customer service protocols.
• Be punctual, maintain grooming standards, and present a professional appearance.
• Cooperate with team members to create a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients.
• Assist in maintaining client records and service preferences when required.
• Support promotional activities, client follow-ups, and customer retention initiatives.
