Role overview

Driving and event work

• Provide driving for business trips, deliveries, collections, errands, appointments, and occasional transportation for the employer and family members.
• Help make handmade giant flowers and other event decorations; training is provided.
• Prepare, organize, pack, and check items before each event setup.
• Load and unload decorations, stands, boxes, and event materials.
• Assist with event setup and dismantling at hospitals, homes, venues, and other locations.

Workspace and daily support

• Organize and maintain business materials, tools, decorations, and event equipment.
• Keep the business workspace tidy and clean work tables, tools, materials, and equipment after use.
• Assist with general business tasks and follow instructions as part of the event setup team.

Candidate requirements

• A valid UAE driving licence and confidence driving in Dubai are required.
• The candidate must be comfortable with driving, handmade work, physical event work, workspace organization, and varied tasks.
• The employer seeks someone reliable, organized, hardworking, responsible, flexible, and willing to learn.

Schedule

• This is a full-time, permanent position.
• Event schedules may vary, and some setups or dismantling may take place in the evening.

Work location

• The business workshop is home-based, and event work takes place at hospitals, homes, venues, and other locations.
• The posting specifies in-person work; travel to event locations is central to the role.

Salary and benefits

• Pay is AED 2,000–2,500 per month, depending on experience.
• Employment visa, accommodation, and meals are provided.
