Female - DHA - Assistant Nurse/ Registered Nurse

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during medical consultations at patients’ homes or designated locations
• Conduct initial patient assessments, including **vital signs**, **medical histories**, and basic health evaluations
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
• Support minor medical procedures while strictly adhering to **infection control protocols**
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records in compliance with DHA standards
• Educate patients and caregivers on medication usage, post-visit care, and follow-up instructions
• Ensure that all medical kits and equipment are **well-stocked**, clean, and meet clinical quality standards
• Uphold patient **confidentiality**, **safety**, and **professionalism** at all times

Qualifications

• **Bachelor’s degree** or **Diploma in Nursing**
• **Valid DHA license or eligibility** (Registered Nurse or Assistant Nurse)
• Minimum **1 year of clinical experience**
• Strong **clinical judgment** and excellent **communication skills**
• Proficient in **English and Hindi**
• **Fresh DHA-eligible candidates currently in the UAE** are encouraged to apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in **mobile, home-based**, or **community healthcare services**
• Familiarity with **Electronic Medical Record (EMR)** systems
• **Basic Life Support (BLS)** certification

Work Schedule & Transportation

• **12-hour rotational shifts** (day and night)
