Senior Hr Executive (Immediate Joiner)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Senior HR Executive** to manage recruitment and HR operations while supporting business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing processes.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and HR initiatives.
- Handle employee relations and workplace matters.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Oversee HR administration, leave management, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR and recruitment experience.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies across functions.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Proficient in MS Office.
