Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and payments accurately through the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions efficiently.
- Ensure all bills and receipts are issued correctly.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales and cash transactions.
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding menu items, prices, and promotions.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure orders are processed correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter and work area.
- Report any discrepancies, shortages, or system issues to management immediately.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier, preferably in a restaurant or F&B environment.
- Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Good numerical and basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Honest, reliable, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
