About This Role

Job Title: Captain Order
Location: Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders accurately and ensure all details are clearly communicated to the kitchen team.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with menu selections and recommendations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Monitor order flow and ensure all items are served correctly and promptly.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of the service area at all times.
• Assist in maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Support the team during busy hours to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Process billing and payments accurately when required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality environment (minimum 1 year preferred).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and order handling.
• Well-presented, professional, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
