Business Setup Consultant – SwiftHub (Dubai)

SwiftHub is seeking motivated, results-driven Business Setup Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.
We are currently hiring:
- 2 Consultants (Female – Hindi & English speaking)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound leads across calls, WhatsApp, and social media channels
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored business setup and licensing solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into successful deals
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business setup/company formation / licensing services in the UAE (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of UAE free zones, mainland, and licensing processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in Hindi & English
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
- Experience using CRM systems is a plus
