SwiftHub is seeking motivated, results-driven Business Setup Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.
We are currently hiring:
2 Consultants (Female – Fluent in Arabic & English)
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound leads across calls, WhatsApp, and social media channels
Understand client requirements and provide tailored business setup and licensing solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
Follow up consistently to convert leads into successful deals
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
Proven experience in business setup/company formation/licensing services in the UAE (mandatory)
Strong understanding of UAE free zones, mainland, and licensing processes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
