Our real estate company is looking for a dynamic, well-spoken **Female Bilingual Telecommunication Specialist (Arabic & English)** to join our growing team in Dubai!

Location:** Dubai, UAE
**Role:** Full-time (Telecommunication / Customer Support / Lead Generation)
**Salary:** AED 2,500 – AED 3,000 per month (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, investors, and property owners.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally, providing accurate information about our property listings.
- Qualify leads and schedule viewings/appointments for our property consultants.
Requirements
- **Language:** Native or professional fluency in both **Arabic** and **English** (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- **Experience:** Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or telecommunications (Real Estate background is a huge plus!).
- **Skills:** Exceptional communication, active listening, and negotiation skills. Strong ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- **Availability:** Ready to join immediately or within a short notice period.
