The Opportunity
This is a **100% commission-based role** offering uncapped earning potential.
If you are a self-starter with a proven track record, we provide the platform, administrative support, and marketing tools to help you close deals faster and maximize your income.
Key Responsibilities
- **Lead Generation & Nurturing:** Actively source, qualify, and build a strong pipeline of potential buyers, sellers, and tenants.
- **Property Showings:** Conduct professional property viewings and present real estate opportunities to clients effectively.
- **Negotiation & Closing:** Manage the negotiation process between parties and confidently close sales and leasing deals.
- **Market Expertise:** Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends, property values, and legal compliance.
- **Relationship Management:** Maintain excellent relationships with clients, developers, and landlords to encourage repeat business and referrals.
What We Are Looking For
- **Experience:** A minimum of **2 years of active experience** in the real estate market (local market experience is highly preferred).
- **Gender:** Female candidates are preferred for this specific position.
- **Skills:** Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- **Drive:** A strong entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and highly resilient.
- **Mobility:** A valid UAE driver’s license and own car is a strong advantage.
