We are seeking a smart, very active, and energetic female professional to join our team immediately. This role blends daily operations management with customer service coordination. You will be the vital link between drivers, supervisors, and customers ensuring smooth communication, efficient workflows, and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily business functions and ensuring smooth execution of processes.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental activities to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  • Handle urgent operational issues with agility and problem-solving skills.
  • Act as a trusted partner in building the company’s foundation and scaling operations.

Candidate Profile (Qualifications & Qualities):

  • Visa Status: Must hold a Freelance Visa with a Valid QID (transferable).*
  • Experience: Proven background in customer service, administration, or operations coordination.
  • Tech Savvy: Confident with computers, MS Office, and communication apps.
  • Personality Traits:
  • Smart & Very Active: Quick thinker, able to handle tasks on the go.
  • Self-Starter: Works independently without constant supervision.
  • Energetic & Hyper-Active: Brings positivity and high energy to the workplace.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Probation Period: 6 months (trial to assess mutual fit).
  • Starting Salary: QAR 2,500 - 3,000 per month (during probation).
  • Performance Review: Conducted after probation.
  • Salary Increment: Based on performance, dedication, and results. A significantly better package will be offered to the right candidate.
