Overview
We are seeking Arabic Female Secretaries with strong administrative background and hands-on experience in Oracle systems.
The ideal candidates will support senior management and project teams in a fast-paced multinational environment in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to management and project teams
- Handle scheduling, meetings, calendars, and internal coordination
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and official documentation
- Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical)
- Use Oracle systems for data entry, documentation, and administrative processing
- Coordinate communication between departments and external stakeholders
- Manage travel arrangements, appointments, and office logistics
- Ensure confidentiality of company and project information
- Support HR/admin functions including document control and record keeping
Requirements
- Arabic and English Proficiency
- Minimum 3 years in secretarial / administrative roles
- Strong experience working with Oracle system (mandatory)
- Previous experience in large-scale projects in Qatar or multinational companies
- Must hold valid Qatar Residence Permit (RP)
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Immediate availability required
