Female Arabic Graphic Designer

About This Role

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual concepts and communicating ideas that inspire, inform or captivate consumers along with developing the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports.

Create designs, concepts and sample layouts based on brief, brand guidelines, knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts while following up on their proper execution making sure they are

• In line with the promotions marketing calendars.
• Design and produce outstanding collaterals, booth/ stands that can be reusable and sustainable.
• Communicate internally and externally with concerned parties to determine layout designs and implementation procedures.
• Stay up to date with latest graphic design software and techniques to accordingly recommend tools that can be efficiently applied.
• Follow the set brand guidelines and brief to maintain quality compliance.
• Brainstorm, Plan and Execute with the marketing team Promotions and Road Shows designs.
• Update the Service Menu when menu changes or new shops have been added.
• Schedule production for project implementation and define budget constraints.
• Coordinate all administrative aspects of production, including preparing final designs for presentation, checking and approving color, copy, text format separations, and scaling images for print production, LPO’s
• and accounting related documentation. Ensure that all parties are informed of and meet deadlines.
• Organize copy flow and maintain database/archival retrieval system of all references used in creation of published materials.
• Liaise with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
• Source providers and maintain up‐to‐date knowledge of prices, materials, processes and deadlines/delivery, as required to secure when needed 3 quotations for every project to ensure best market prices and quality.
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and develop interactive design.

Qualifications

• Female candidates only.
• Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in fine arts/ graphic design
• 2‐3 years of experience in a related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and graphic software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
