Job Description
**Qatar Site And Power** is seeking a professional and experienced **Female Admin Cum Office Assistant** with an engineering background to join our team immediately.
Requirements
- Female candidate
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in administration and office coordination
- Strong knowledge of **CRM systems** and **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent computer and documentation skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Professional attitude and appearance
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily office administration and coordination
- Maintain project documents, records, and correspondence
- Update and manage CRM databases
- Prepare reports, letters, presentations, and other documentation
