Job Description:
We are hiring friendly and professional candidates for the positions of Bell Boy, Amenity Attendant, and Concierge. The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with luggage and escort them to rooms (Bell Boy)
- Ensure proper supply and arrangement of guest amenities (Amenity Attendant)
- Welcome guests and assist with inquiries, bookings, and requests (Concierge)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Requirements:
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Good communication skills (English required)
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts
