Female Accountant

Overview

• An Engineering Consultancy is looking for an experienced Accountant to handle our financial operations.**Requirements:**
• 2+ years of UAE-based accounting and clerical experience.
• Must be on a **Husband/Family Visa**.
• Expertise in **QuickBooks** and **MS Excel**.
• Solid knowledge of **VAT/FTA regulations** and UAE Labor Law.

Core Tasks

• **Full-cycle accounting** including GL, AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
• Manage and maintain accurate records in **QuickBooks**
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual **financial statements and reports**
• Handle **VAT computation, filing, and compliance** with FTA regulations
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
• Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and government authorities
• Create and monitor company budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
• Support management in strategic planning through financial analysis
• Prepare project-specific financial summaries and cost allocations
• Ensure accurate recording of intercompany and contractor transactions
