We are seeking a polished, proactive, and detail-oriented Sales Manager to lead our client experience across our showroom and online.
The ideal candidate combines strong sales ability with a deep understanding of fashion - Couture, bringing a refined approach to client relations and brand presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all customer communication across WhatsApp, email, and other channels with professionalism and efficiency.
- Oversee showroom operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated client experience.
- Drive showroom sales through personalized relationship building.
- Handling gown/dresses customization orders with a clear understanding of client needs and specifications
- the knowledge of how to handle fitting appointments , taking measurements and handling alteration requests.
- Coordinate fittings, appointments, and order follow-ups.
- Resolve client inquiries and concerns with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure accurate communication of timelines and product details.
- Maintain showroom presentation in line with brand standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in fashion retail, customer service, or showroom sales.
- Knowledge of couture gown construction techniques and garment finishing is a must.
- Ability to correctly take client measurements .
- Strong communication , highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage client expectations.
- Previous experience in the field is a must
- Arabic language is an advantage
Core Skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Strong sales and client relationship skills.
- Experience with WhatsApp and email-based customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
