Fashion Retail Growth Manager – Elita – A Growing Women’s Fashion Brand in Qatar
We are not looking for someone to simply manage a store — we are looking for someone who can help build and grow a fashion brand.
Elita is a modern women’s fashion brand in Qatar, focused on style, confidence, and creating a unique shopping experience for women with different tastes and body types.
We are looking for a dynamic, fashion-driven, and business-minded professional to lead the growth of our store and brand.
This role is ideal for someone who understands fashion retail, loves styling and customer engagement, and has the ambition to grow a brand — not just manage daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the store
- Drive sales performance and customer experience
- Select and purchase new collections and products
- Understand fashion trends and customer preferences
- Lead visual merchandising and store presentation
- Support Instagram and social media growth
- Plan promotions, campaigns, and customer engagement activities
- Monitor stock levels, fast-moving items, and inventory organisation
- Build strong relationships with loyal customers and VIP clients
- Train, motivate, and supervise sales staff
- Contribute ideas to grow Elita as a strong fashion brand in Qatar
Requirements
- Previous experience in women’s fashion retail
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent sense of fashion, styling, and product selection
- Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and modern retail marketing
- Leadership and team management ability
- Self-motivated with an ownership mentality
