• As we continue to grow, we're looking for a warm, polished, and detail-driven Fashion Assistant to be part of this journey.
• This is a hands-on, people-focused role for someone who loves fashion, enjoys building genuine connections with clients, and takes real pride in getting every detail right.
• Whether you're guiding a client toward the perfect fabric or carefully taking measurements for a made-to-order piece, your work will directly shape the experience our clients remember and return for.
• What your day looks like:
• Visiting clients to present and showcase our latest abaya and clothing collections
• Helping clients explore styles, fabrics, colors, and customization options to find the perfect fit for their taste and occasion
• Offering friendly, knowledgeable styling advice that makes every client feel confident and cared for
• Taking precise body measurements and double-checking every figure before the order is confirmed
• Recording client preferences, custom requests, and order details with care and accuracy
• Transporting, organizing, and presenting collection samples beautifully and professionally
• Ensuring each client interaction reflects the elegance and quality our brand stands for
• Working closely with our design and tailoring team to ensure every piece is made to perfection
• Representing Inkstinct Textile Printing with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for fashion
• What makes you a great fit:
• Some experience in fashion, retail, styling, or customer service (preferred, but we're happy to train the right person)
• A friendly, well-presented personality with a natural talent for connecting with clients
• Good knowledge of body measurement techniques, with care to take and verify sizes accurately
• Strong attention to detail and an organized, methodical approach to your work
• Genuine interest in abayas, modest wear, fabrics, and the latest fashion trends (a strong advantage)
• Good communication skills in English
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to make clients feel comfortable and valued
• Reliability, discretion, and a professional appearance at all times
• Flexibility to meet clients at times that suit them
