Factory Supervisor – Aluminum & Façade

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily factory production and fabrication activities.
• Manage workers involved in cutting, assembly, glazing, and fabrication.
• Ensure production targets and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Monitor fabrication quality as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with design, production, and project teams.
• Ensure proper utilization of machinery, tools, and materials.
• Maintain factory safety standards and discipline.
• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare daily production and manpower reports.
• Ensure all works are completed efficiently and on time.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in aluminum and facade factory operations.
• Experience in curtain wall, doors, windows, glazing, and cladding systems.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication processes and machinery.
• Ability to read fabrication/shop drawings.
• Good leadership and manpower handling skills.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or relevant qualification.
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and coordination.
• Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
