Responsibilities

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, sweeping, and sanitizing surfaces in both the office and factory areas.
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
  • Report any maintenance or safety concerns observed during cleaning activities.
  • Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to support operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other staff to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workplace.
  • Uphold health and safety standards to provide a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Working hours:
  • Monday- Friday 8.30-4.30 & every 3rd Saturday
  • Rate of pay: £12.71/hour

Requirements

  • Previous experience in cleaning, particularly in industrial or office settings, is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time to complete tasks.
  • Good communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with staff.
  • Physical capability to perform cleaning duties, including lifting and moving equipment if necessary.
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices related to cleaning and sanitation.
