Facility Technician (Part Time)

Job Responsibilities
- Perform facility rounds on equipment and maintains all mechanical, HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems, and equipment.
- Repairs and replaces toilet and water closet components, sinks, faucets, soap dispensers, and paper towel dispensers.
- Repairs and replaces tile and grout, as appropriate.
- Maintains lighting fixtures by replacing lights, ballasts, drivers, etc.
- Replace carpet squares as required by the facility.
- Operate and maintain water supply lines, drains, water lines, control devices, and sprinkler systems.
- Operate and maintain safety related equipment.
- Maintains and repairs the physical condition of mechanical, and facility shop spaces.
- Paints and patches drywall as appropriate.
Preferred Experience and Certifications
Associates Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Electrical, HVAC, or related field.
